GMS	Insoluble in water, excellent W/O emulsifying properties. Used in food industry as emulsifier for candies, chocolates, foaming agent for cakes, defoaming agent for soy milk; dispersion agent for oil-soluble dyes. Also used in pharmaceuticals for emulsifying ointments, creams, suppositories, aerosols; in daily chemical industry as emulsifier, lubricant, shampoo detergent; also used as internal antistatic agents for PE, PP, PVC, typically used at 0.5-2.0%.
GMO	Insoluble in water, with emulsifying, thickening, defoaming properties. Used in daily chemical industry for creams, cosmetic emulsifiers, thickeners, light-blocking agents, defoamers; in textile industry as fabric finishing agent; also used as pigment grinding additive. Also used as internal antistatic agents for PE, PP, PVC, typically used at 0.5-2.0%.
