Excellent water solubility, decontamination, emulsification, lubrication, cleaning, dispersing, antistatic, and rust prevention properties. Outstanding electrolyte compatibility, stable to heat and alkali, acid, alkali, hard water, inorganic salts, and high temperature, with good biodegradability and low irritation. Strong defatting ability. <br> 2. Antistatic, smoothness, wettability, and corrosion inhibition. Used as raw materials to improve spinnability in synthetic fiber processing. Hygroscopic, good antistatic properties at low temperatures, widely used in chemical fiber oil agents as antistatic agents. Safe and non-irritating: structure similar to natural phospholipids, very mild, almost non-irritating to skin and eyes, ideal cream emulsifier. <br> 2. Excellent emulsification, solubilization, and dispersing properties: emulsifies various oil phases including silicone oil. <br> 3. Low toxicity: potassium salt of phosphate ester is low toxic, LD50/(mg/kg) for mice is 74000, LC50/(mg/kg) for fish is 3400~12800. |
Usage and Dosage: | 1. Applications: Especially suitable for formulating popular foam cleansers and foam cleansing gels, also for formulating fresh and smooth bath liquids and other high-end low-irritant cleaning products such as shampoos, foam facial cleansers, bath liquids, hand sanitizers (one of the main ingredients in Kao® Biore facial cleansers), as well as mild baby care products, children's bath, and shampoo products. <br> 2. MAPK has slightly poorer hard water resistance than other anionic surfactants, so anti-hard water agents (e.g., EDTA) or hard water-resistant surfactants (e.g., sulfonated betaine) should be added in formulations to maximize performance. <br> 3. Recommended dosage: foam facial cleanser: 10-50%, bath liquid 8-15%. |
